Rotary Cutting Unit: Affixed on a roller, the rotary cutting performs the accurate and smooth cutting of the pani puri according to the required shape and size. If the option for fully automatic function is availed, the rollers would be automatically fed by the extruded dough sheet. There would also be an option for moving the pani puri scrap, generated after the process, back again to the hopper.
